Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. If approved, we will provide the return shipping details.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval (return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional cost. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for assistance.
